Features of this area might include chat, wikis, blogs, common or shared calendars, email, document sharing, and other areas of information sharing. A tie in with WCM provides these functions to groups spread across the world.

Kraai Consulting has a Collaboration Center Of Excellence that includes support of products like Vignette Collaboration, SharePoint, Plone, Zimbra, Exchange, and other tools. Integration is many times the key to a successful collaboration project, and interoperability and integration of tools is a specialty of Kraai Consulting.
