Kraai Consulting, LLC. believes that privacy is important to the success and continued use of our website and Extranet. Information collected from a user through the Extranet is held within the community to which that information was posted by the client. Care should be taken to assure that confidential information is not posted to a community that is open to users that fall outside of the confidential agreement.

Information collected

The personal data about you which this web site may collect includes:

information collected when you register for the Extranet or update a profile, which may include personal data such as your name and contact details;
information collected when you submit your resume or application for consideration of employment;
the content of electronic forms you submit via this web site;
information input or submitted to online facilities such as search tools;
personalization preferences you select as you use the web site;
information submitted if you participate in an online survey or competition; and
any messages or comments you submit to us via this web site, which may include personal data such as name, email address, and telephone number.

Within the Extranet, it is understood that all submitted information, documents, comments and questions, postings, entries, code and code samples, and any other information posted to the Extranet is for the consumption of Kraai Consulting, LLC. and all who have been granted security to the community to which the information is posted. It is also understood that the access is intended to be held confidential per any current confidentiality agreements between Kraai Consulting, LLC. and the client for which a community was created. Within public or unsecured communities, all information collected is for intended for public consumption including the potential formation of a knowledge base.

In common with many commercial web sites we may also collect aggregated information which tells us about visitors to this website but not the identity of those visitors such as information about the date, time and duration of visits and which pages of this website are most commonly accessed. This information is used by us to help to administer and improve the website.

A username and password may be essential for you to use some sections of this website and Extranet. For your own protection, we require you to keep these confidential and to change your password regularly (if required).

Extranet Terms of Use

The Extranet is provided as a means to collaborate with our clients and provide an ongoing and accessible history of Invoices, Billing Details, and project information. The collaboration between client and consultant is important to the continued success of the relationship. By accessing the Extranet site, you accept without restriction or reservation the following Terms of Use of the website and Extranet.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Extranet, you warrant to Kraai Consulting, LLC. that you will not use the Extranet for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Extranet in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Extranet or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Extranet. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Extranet (this means no hacking).

Use of Communities

The Extranet may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, document repositories, and/or other content, message, or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate and collaborate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Communities"), you agree to use the Communities only to post, send and receive messages and content that are proper and related to the particular Community. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Community, you will not:

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, content or information.
Upload or post content that contains software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
Upload content that contains viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose.
Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
Upload any content into an area or community that causes the violation of a Non-Disclosure or Confidentiality agreement.
Download any content posted by another user of a Community that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in content that is uploaded.
Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communities except where you have the authority to do so as a part of the community or client group.
Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Community.
Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Kraai Consulting, LLC. has no obligation to monitor the Communities. However, we reserve the right to review materials posted to a Community and to remove any materials at our sole discretion. Kraai Consulting, LLC. reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communities at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Kraai Consulting, LLC. reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your company in any Community. Kraai Consulting, LLC. does not necessarily control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Community and, therefore, we specifically disclaim any liability with regard to the Communities and any actions resulting from your participation in any Community. The posts and content posted by users are not necessarily authorized Kraai Consulting, LLC. spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Kraai Consulting, LLC.

Content uploaded to a Community may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the content.

Termination/Access Restriction

Kraai Consulting, LLC. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Extranet and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Johnson County, Kansas, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Extranet. Use of the Extranet is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Extranet as a result of this agreement or use of the Extranet except where specified in a separate Agreement between Kraai Consulting, LLC. and you or your company.

Kraai Consulting, LLC.'s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of our right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Extranet or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Kraai Consulting, LLC. with respect to the Extranet and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Kraai Consulting, LLC. with respect to the Extranet and website.

Security

This information is arranged such that a client has the capability of requesting certain users have or be barred from access to individual pieces sections of the Extranet. At no time shall access be grated to a customer Extranet community to anyone outside of those approved by the customer and necessary internal Kraai Consulting, LLC. employees.
