Kraai Consulting Expands Again

When you walk into the offices of Kraai Consulting, LLC. at 10551 Barkley at the west end of the fifth floor there is an odd wall directly to your left with a big hole in it. This is the start of the deconstruction of the wall between the old neighbor that moved out and the main Kraai offices. If you ask anyone in the office, they are excited to get the bigger space.

For the second time since June of 2006, Kraai Consulting, LLC is doubling the size of its Overland Park, Kansas office. "We grabbed half the end of the building when we expanded last time, and with the neighbors moving out of the other end it seemed like a logical step since we had no extra space." Says Robert Kraai, managing partner.

Robert will explain that the new space will be used exactly as it is already laid out with the simple removal of the wall being the only construction needed. "We expect with this new space to get new bigger offices for the partners as well as a sales office, and new conference room and room for sales personnel to sit away from the technical folks." says Robert. "Plus there is a need for space to kick back and relax in between the old and new space. We really needed that conference room and the open area to really give us space to breath."

The company as a whole is very proud of the progress made in growth over the last two years with revenue continuing to exceed expectations. This kind of growth leads to the need for more people to sit and work.
