Doug DeJulio from Carnegie Mellon was unable to retrieve his helicopter raffle prize before the conference ended. Jason Belcher from Kraai contacted Doug who suggested Kraai "go ahead and donate it to a children's hospital or Toys for Tots."

New Office in Chicago
What does a company based in near Kansas City that has everyone in the company get on a plane and fly to Chicago every Monday do to alleviate travel? They open an office in Chicago, of course. Kraai Consulting, LLC has done just that hiring a long term Content Management industry veteran by the name of Brent Litzer to lead the effort.

Kraai Expanding Again
The Kraai home office in Overland Park, Kansas is going through another expansion this year. With this additional space, Kraai holds enough of the building to add their name to the building sign out front.

Kraai Consulting Sponsors Vignette Village 2008

Kraai Consulting (www.kraai.com), an Enterprise Content Management and Portal consulting company, today announced it is sponsoring Vignette Village for the fourth year in a row, once again as a Silver sponsor. Kraai attends this event with the intention of strengthening its bond with existing and new customers and to in general help support the community at large. Kraai will have some of the most knowledgeable Vignette subject matter experts manning their booth and freely answering questions.

In addition to discussing Vignette's VCM, Portal, and Collaboration products with the user community, this year Kraai was demonstrating their Dialog integration with Amazing Mail. During the past year Kraai also has built a strong practice around Vignette's Imaging and Workflow products Case Manager, IDM, and VRD.

"This is a time to reconnect both with Vignette and with the community. This is the only time each year where we get a chance to collaborate with everyone in one place," says Robert Kraai, managing partner of Kraai Consulting and a leading Vignette consultant.

Kraai continued its fun tradition of raffling helicopters. "Combining my hobby with the idea of a maneuverable company out there helping those organizations that need us gave me the idea for the giveaway," says Robert. "I thought, why give one big thing when you can spread the fun around a little!"
