Centers of Excellence (COE)

A Center of Excellence (COE) is an area of specialty that is responsible for specific disciplines within a Practice. The purpose of the COE is to centralize and organize knowledge and experience and to provide leadership to effectively promote targeted sales, knowledge growth, best practices, execution and alignment with a discipline or specialty within the Practice.

Kraai Consulting breaks out into several interoperating COEs to support customer needs across the ECM spectrum. Each center has a targets group of talented individuals trained and experienced in practices and technologies of that area of focus. Individuals may belong to more than one are based on their unique talents, and projects may pull from one or more COEs to put together the right team for the client challenge.
